But what was once deemed a generational flop would gain a cult following in the 15 years that followed, like similarly misunderstood classics of the messy late aughts (Britney Spears\u2019 2007 Blackout, or Paris Hilton\u2019s 2006 Paris).<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">When a sped-up version of album cut \u201cI\u2019ll Do It\u201d went viral on TikTok in late 2023, the Heidissance kicked into gear. That means vocals processed to the far edge of the uncanny valley over glitchy house beats, as on the campy title track featuring buzzing SoCal star Chase Icon.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">On winking bangers like \u201cPrototype,\u201d Montag nods cheekily to her much-discussed relationship with plastic surgery (\u201cI\u2019m the reason all you bitches wanna get filled!\u201d), and on \u201cAmerica\u2019s Sweetheart,\u201d she pledges allegiance to the bad bitches of America.
